Web Extra: Workplace Learning and Leadership

The Employee Learning and Development Curriculum attached was created as a learning guide for staff of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library and is based on the Management Training Program and Curriculum created by Julia Lanham of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library.
